WHO ARE OUR PATIENTS?
Our patients include those who need mental health services but do not have an established provider. We also cater to primary care patients, such as newcomers to the area who lack an established provider.
We advise patients with an established mental health or primary provider to maintain their current care for continuity and well-being.
We also accept patient referrals.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
We kindly request that you complete our new patient form, which you can find under the scheduling tab. Following this, you will receive the necessary paperwork and consent forms via email. Please fill these out at your earliest convenience. We will contact you to arrange an appointment once we have received and reviewed your documents. If you notice a delay in this process, feel free to send us a text message for an update. We understand that sometimes communications can get misplaced online, and we're here to ensure any issues are swiftly addressed.
DO YOU SEE CHILDREN?
We provide care for patients ages 14 and older.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
Yes, we are accepting new patients for primary care and mental health.
DO YOU SEE SICK PATIENTS?
Yes, we do our best to offer same day sick visits.
